This Brokerage Policy outlines the commission structure for our property sales and rental services.
Property Sales Commission
We charge a 2% commission on the total sale price of the property. This commission is payable upon the successful sale and transfer of ownership.
Property Rental Commission
For rentals, we charge a commission equivalent to one month’s rent. This is payable upon the successful signing of the rental agreement.
